Craig Anthony Washington (born October 12, 1941) is an American lawyer and Democratic Party politician from Texas who served in the Texas State Senate and the United States House of Representatives. Born in Longview, Texas, Washington received a bachelor of science degree in 1966 from Prairie View A&M University. In 1969, he received a J.D. from Texas Southern University.
